Oahu Jump — Attraction in Oʻahu

I tried to get quotes from a total of 3 jump house businesses for a birthday party that was only planned one week ahead. My first jump house pick was with a different company. I was able to speak to someone for availability but then I could not get any follow ups. I called several times, I left messages and emails and no response back. That’s was stressful and they didn’t email back until the day before my planned party so no to them. Another company that my husband found was not able to provide a certificate of liability which was needed to have a jump house at the park. Sara of Oahu Jump always responded with the quickest response time. That was great especially when you’re stressing on a party. Oahu Jump was the only company of the three that had the certificate of liability so we went with them. In the end, we were extremely happy to do business with them. My birthday girl had the time of her life and so did all her relatives and friends. Even us parents were jumping in there lol. All the parents were so happy to see their children laugh and play like that especially during Covid times. Thank you Oahu Jump. Everyone we dealt with was kind, respectful, and easy to work with. Big Mahalo to Oahu Jump for helping to make my son’s 7th birthday party a blast! Unfortunately, the original vendor I reached out to 2 weeks prior was way to expensive for the cost of the delivery and at the last moment we searched on google for a rental slide company.

I was able to choose the slide & loved how I could view the available dates to rent on the calendar (which was 4 days away from his party date.) with the prices included. Bonus, free delivery if you allow them to deliver 48 or or less from your party time. That’s what really did it for me.

I was told it was going to cost me 250 to deliver my slide from another vendor and was told by Oahu jump FREE DELIVERY! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ it was quick and easy to book. Confirmed text right away. Communication was on point from beginning to end. One man setup and he was quick and on it.

I wanted to make sure I leave a review for Oahu Jump to highlight not only their professionalism, great customer service but overall the "ohana" feel that they provide their customers from the first contact to the last. I was one of the coordinators for our school fair and last minute I had to find a vendor for our school dunk tank. Although I was able to find a company that was slightly cheaper than Oahu Jump, Sara from the first call answered all my questions and was even prompt with sending over our price quote so I could get things processed. Their reviews are 100% honest and after my own experience with working with them I wanted to do my part and help other customers. I will be honest, when we received the dunk tank, we found there was a slit in the tarp that leaked out water as we were fillingit up. After contacting Sara, Kimo was able to come out and fix everything before our event even started.
