I went on 26 DEC for lunch while doing some post Christmas shopping. Spicy stir fried squid has always been one of my favorite Korean dishes and when it is available on a menu, I will order it 75% of the time.

Service was very fast. There were 2 Korean ladies working the truck and I was able to converse with them in Korean. Given the option of spicy or mild, I always pick spicy for any spicy dish. I recently tried out this awesome Korean food truck, and I have to say, their kimchi fried rice was amazing! The flavors were spot on – spicy, tangy, and just the right amount of savory. You could tell they use really fresh ingredients because everything tasted so delicious.

But what really made the experience special were the ladies running the truck. They were super friendly and treated...
