Shopped at Guess Factory today such a great bargain with lots of options such as many clothing available, various clothing too. Just a note to the Guess staff in particular, when a customer AKA me, ask for assistance with products, Eg; I asked if someone could get me another pair of shorts in different colours, try not to sigh in front of me!! As a customer spending $300 in your store or to any customer, you should be providing positive customer service instead of all talking to eachother with your ear piece and not taking notice of customers. we walked into the waikele outlets a week ago today and as soon as we walked in the guy that was on the door said into his walkie talkie “watch the two people that just walked in with 6 bags and the female has a black handbag” there was only a few other people in the store but it was so disgusting to hear that and I know it was solely because my partner is a man of colour. i physically could not shops there anymore and i had to walk out of the store as soon as i saw that and i am so sad because i always spend so much on guess everytime...

Item left out of the bag and no responsibility taken, but manager took assistants word that it had been placed in the bag.
