HORRIBLE attitudes and customer service! Zero service with a smile! We were yelled at for literally following instructions- as if they were talking to little kids.
One of their clerks approached us in the line outside to verify and validate our paperwork. As she completed verification, she stated we were good to go. So we entered the facility and waited in line to be helped. While waiting about three (3) staff members came out to ask us why we were in line (inside).
"Who told you guys to wait in here? Who told you to come inside? The line starts outside!"
OK! We are well aware of that! We were instructed to come inside!
"Do you have your paperwork? Where's your paperwork?"
ALL of these questions asked with ATTITUDE! Like really? We are not children and if you're not happy with your job then find another one! Too early for all this attitude! Sheesh!!!
After all the mix-confusion...the person who actually helped me was pleasant!

As soon as he got up to the counter, the lady stated that the form needed to be filled out with the same pen……. Mind you, his portion was filled out in black ink and the other portion from someone else in a finer black ink. I am baffled at the lack of communication prior to this appointment since this information is stated nowhere about the “same exact pen must be used throughout the form”. DMV already takes so much time and patience to schedule. Now he has to do the whole run-around with proper signatures and evidently the same fine-point pen. Read moreFrom Depart wahiawa city hall The supervisor Luz was so rude telling me how not having an appt could take hours but if people keep trickling in and you are not helping the people in stand by that’s where I find it rude. ESP asking people on stand by to wait outside where they don’t offer any seating and it’s hot. If you wanna make people sit outside then offer straying or simple just offer a day of ticket process and have appts check in and get priority. Simple because people w/o appts were being helped before the people waiting outside. It disgusts me when someone wants to reason their wrong and when I asked to sit inside she said she didn’t want confusion and I was so shook on how they could get confused just by me sitting inside cause I don’t wanna be in the heat.
