DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY FOR A TOUR!! Awful Experience!! Or should I say ZERO experience.. Booked a tour for 1 pm on OCTOBER 7,2021 and paid $175 for a group of 5. Got there on time to the designated booth instructed and no bus or no one was there. There was another couple that also showed up for the 1 pm and waited. We called the phone number multiple times and email and no one was answering us. If there was any issues, why wont you just call me and let me know? We finally left after 45 minute of waiting. The other couple stayed longer, not sure how they make out. It is so unprofessional, I have never left bad reviews on other businesses because I always try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt. But now it has been one day after the event and still no phone call. I would like my money back! I should have checked the reviews before booking, now that I have read others I realized I am not the only one who had a bad experience. I dont even know how I can get a refund, because no one even bothered to get back to me 😭

This is a good tour for seeing the whole island, but we did not learn much. Its mostly basic information and the tour guide talks a lot about who he has previously driven around the island in his taxi. We also started 15 minutes late because we kept waiting for people to join, and our time at the cliffs was shortened because we started late and because some passengers realized they had to get back to Oak Bluffs to get to their ferry. We had time to snap a few quick pics, but nothing more. It was our first time on Martha’s Vineyard so it was fun to see the scope of the island, but if you really want to learn more about it, I recommend doing your own research. The check-in stand is on the right-hand side of the ice cream parlor; it’s not inside.

Worst rip off ever. Waste of time and money. Owner is a liar. They sold us a 2 1/2 tour of the whole Island, then shortened it to accommodate people booked on a ferry out BEFORE THE TOUR WAS SUPPOSED TO END. This gave us ONLY FIFTEEN MINUTES OFF THE BUS at the tours only stop, forcing us to choose between seeing the lighthouse and using the bathroom. The lighthouse was lovely, but sitting on a racing bus back was hellish. Marthas Vineyard has free busses that run every 15 minutes. Don't waste your time and money on these grifters! To add insult to injury, when we complained about the shortened trip, he was disrespectful and harassing to his employee the bus driver.

Not happy with this tour. Drove about 40 to 50 mph around the island, endless chatter about nothing. Would say on the left, this is here, on the right, this is here. Barely slowed down so you could look, just slowed down enough to say there it is. Wanted to see more, not here about stop & rob (stop & shop) or a lamp that cost 12k. Went to the cliffs for 20 minutes, barely enough time to enjoy it or use the bathroom. And climate control buses, yea right, they put the windows down to let the hot air in. When we got back he had the nerve to ask for a tip, i got a tip for you, add more time to the speed bus around the island, slow down and let people enjoy what your pointing out. What a waste of time and money. After we got off the bus, we took number 13 to edgartown and got to really enjoy the town and other things. A disappointing experience with terrible customer service.

The first thing the bus driver did when he boarded the bus was scold our three children for sitting in the front row as he thought they were going to be noisy through the tour - they were reading books at the time. We should have got off at this point and demanded our money back.

His monotone narration of the island left a lot to be desired as you don't really get to see much. The tour takes you past long driveways with explanations of what exists at the other end of the driveway... With the odd bit of interesting information (which you don't know is true or not as it is mixed in with the odd joke).

After the tour, the bus driver stalked us to find out why we hadn't left a tip. When we explained the situation with the children he proceeded to mock and berate us.

Save your money... take a bike ride around the island rather than deal...
