I made my appointment a day with the dread hut in advance with Kelly. When I told her the time I’d like to come in she hesitated so I asked if that time was okay she said it was fine. The next day I show up 10 minutes early and she said she’ll be right with me. I continued to wait and 30 minutes went by without me being serviced. I asked another stylist if they could check to see if she’ll be with me soon. Another 10 minutes goes by until she comes to talk to me she brought me in the hallway and said that she overbooked herself and asked if I could come in later smh. This could have been prevented since I called in advance and she had to know she was overbooked then. She said she’s going to have another stylist do my hair instead and she’ll be ready in five minutes. Mind you during this time people who came in after me were getting serviced. I waited another five minutes with no service so I left. 45 minutes of wasted time that I can’t get back this was my first and last time coming here. No discount or other incentive was given to me for my inconvenience either. I’m extremely disappointed I went there straight after picking up my engagement ring to get dolled up to take pictures instead I had to go to another salon as a walk-in. I wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone. It was unfortunate that I waited that long without an explanation too I wonder how much longer I would have waited if I didn’t...
Read moreRealistically, Greenfield Plaza is still a traditional fashion landmark but the quality of the building has derailed and so has the customer service. I wont speak for the entire 3rd floor but the amount of attitude and negligence from some of the jewelry shops and even owners is something they all need to work on.
From the moment you step into some of the stores, they're judging you to see if you might or might not spend money. Based on their thought of you, they treat you while you're in the store. As a buyer, especially looking to spend thousands of dollars.. a greeting and a helping hand would do some justice. Not a side eye and short response.
As a fashion magazine, we hoped to interview some of the jewelers, boutiques, and hopefully the owners before leaving, but unfortunately we just weren't welcomed. We hope to return and do business with those who greeted us and reached out to us afterwards but that is all for now.

But as for shopping stuff is overpriced I went into one of the Shop's outfit that they wanted $65 for I found online for 39 same material everything. The inside is Rundown! The kind of traffic they have you would think they would try to fix the building up but they don't and also they could categorize where the shops are like clothing shops first floor, hair salons basement ,Etc . Everything is scattered around and the parking lot situation is really bad I guess the store owners instead of them parking away making it easier for their consumers to park,. they Park In front of the doors and rope it off where you have a problem parking and they're conveniently parked so you have to do the walking and spend your money I don't think that...
