OMG, I am so very disappointed. A friend told me this place reopend and I wanted to try it one morning. I wasted my money. My hash browns were close to raw and my sausage is under cooked when I asked for well done. I was told I have both flavors of jelly in my carry out, but had neither. The one thing they got correct, the $6.99 price tag, which is higher than everywhere else. I did call and voice my issues and was asked if I wanted to bring it back, but why would I want to.
So I just received a response from someone here and now I’m wondering, do the businesses even remotely care about their customers or am I just expecting too much? Their response: “I’m sorry for your experience please come by anytime and ask for Abe I will make sure everything goes right thank you”
So come by, spend my hard earned money again, and this time we will actually give you what you pay for. Hmmm, no thanks! Not what can we do to do better or I will or have spoken to my staff about this issue or anything like that. Instead, come give us more of your...

To top that off, the person who answered the phone when I called tried to check me on an order that was placed on the previous day that I didn't order. Was told that they have a customer with the same unique name, but they usually fail to collect a phone number also to avoid this mistake.
Not one of my go-to places anymore. Will seek out another coney restaurant...

The staff was pleasant and quick, even at half past noon. Order placed within a minute of walking in. A few minutes later, my rueben and fries were set in front of me, hot and ready. The quantity of fries is twice what you'd get at any fast-food burger joint and just lightly salted (I know how to use a salt shaker). The meat in my sandwich was a bit salty but the sauerkraut was good and hot, unlike some places. The menu is huge, still getting used to that. My experience in other states is of limited menus in Coney...
