DANGEROUS PLACE-NO PARENTAL SUPERVISION Within ten minutes of arrival my 3-year-old was punched in the face by another child who was running amuck and unsupervised throughout the museum. The same hitter went on to smack and punch in the face at least 5 other children in his way, even without provocation. We reported the events to Wonderworks staff and then Julie the manager that provided an ice pack for his swollen eye. I then saw other children complaining of being hit as well as an infant being pushed to ground by this same mean kid. The manager related she had spoken with the mother of the violent child, who was hosting a party there, and asked her if she could keep an eye on the child. The manager showed some concern, made a report and even offered a membership to the museum. Fifteen minutes later my child was punched in the face again by the same violent child that struck him earlier. I had enough, and we reported this incident and we're upset that the management did nothing to correct or address the lack of PARENTAL SUPERVISION. As we were about to leave, a one-year-old was then punched twice in the face by guess who. At that point I was furious, as was the father of that one-year-old. Then we confronted the family of the hitting child, who responded negatively and refused to accept responsibility for their lack of child supervision. The WonderWorks Manager Julie then told us to take our discussion outside. I think all parents would appreciate caregivers, parents, and staff to carefully monitor their children as a courtesy and safety for all. Wonderworks should not allow children to be unsupervised in the museum during public hours. I was gravely disappointed with their management and our...

My poor baby is suffering and I don’t wish this upon anyone it’s a nightmare ☹️ I hope they start sanitizing more !! With so many viruses out there plus they don’t even provide mask only recommended! If you have kids that constantly put things(or hands) in their mouth think about it ! Cuz I won’t be taking her there no more !! That’s for sure ! Very Disappointed because my baby actually loved...
Read moreMy two year old had SO MUCH fun here! We stopped by for the first time during their Bubble Fest event (which was amazing) and decided to go inside after. Rachel was super helpful making sure we had all the info and lots of fun. My favorite thing was how the space is essentially a large circle with different sections for a variety of activities but I didn’t feel the need to constantly hover and it was nice watching my son roam around and explore on his own too. Also, I forget her name, but one of the nice worker girls saw us looking at the bumblebee hive fort thingy that was deconstructed (you just have to see it) as we weren’t sure what it was and she helped us build it back up which i found just as enjoyable as my son did. There is also an adorable stage area with dress up costumes and i think another big hit with my son was collecting the play food items in his grocery cart! We have been back a few times since then and he loves it just as much each visit. Go check this...
