A friend of mine had turned 100 years old a couple weeks ago. He don't really get out and go shopping no more because he don't drive. Also he doesn't like to depend on other people. They cut too many corners and these kinds of chains all do it these days in the hood: JJ's, Sharks, Whale, etc all do this pre-frying and second quick frying (no flavor left, duh) and they don't take time to marinade their chicken for 24 hours (all bland inside!) Lastly, they don't properly change the frying oil on a routine basis. If these basic things were adhered to, the chicken would be fine as could be, but no, in the hood, these arab owners have to cut corners. I called and ask why are they selling Swai for Catfish. As you can see in my pictures my mom bout a whole case of swai they buy for whole sale!
They come into our community and give us anything and rip us off!
