The Urbn Bistro — Restaurant in Jefferson Township

First time I tried the place waited an hour for food. Food was tasty. Second time around food was not as tasty and portions were extremely small and the wait time was the same as before. Business always runs out of food so they cheat paying customers out of the correct food portion distribution to be able to sale another dinner. I understand it is a new business, I highly recommend some type of food service and customer service training. Not sure if the lack of quality service is because most of their clientele is black. I wish the new business much success once they have been training in food service excellence and understand that Black customers deserve high quality food service and customer service standards. Holy Shi*t!!! Delish!!! I'm not the biggest fan of Salmon but goshdarnit this was one of the best I've ever had. Stuffed with cheese & spinach with a (small) side of Mashed Potatoes. Mac & Cheese was soo worth the extra $2 charge (I'm picky & don't like most restaurants' mac). Greens with Smokey Turkey was a bit overseasoned but thank you for separating from the main dishes in a separate container. I need more Honey Butter Cornbread cause it's addicting. Was the size of a large muffin. I was stuffed. Only note. The Peach Cobbler Roll should be described better as a deep fried egg roll rolled in sugar & stuffed with peaches. Good but not what I was expecting. Topped with whipped cream or ice cream would take the dessert to another level. I am soo ordering...

I was a little skeptical to try due to a previous review and cost BUT OMGGGGG everything was good...i mean delicious!!!!! We experienced great customer service when we called with questions and same great service when I picked food up. The portions were generous... did I say good! Lol. We had the jerk tips with potatoes n dirty rice and the catfish (so crispy) with mostaccholi n mac n chz. Desserts: peach cobbler rolls (omg!) & turtle choc cake. EVERYTHING was good! Kudos urban...
