Chinese Garden Park — Attraction in Oakland

It’s an ok park. There is a bunch of homeless encampments and leftovers around the building and inside of the garden (if you went through the door of building). And the grass was dried and yellow. But… My friends and I stopped there to enjoy the sun a bit and sat near the gazebo-like structure near the sidewalk corner. No one bothered us and it was a nice place to stop if you need a rest or just a place to gab...

Used to be nice. They even used to have an old train there. Like most of Oakland, it has been overrun by transplants from other cities and states. Except these transplants are homeless. Homeless tent cities surround that park now. If you want to see or talk to homeless people then that is where to go. Take a pack of ciggs with you...next to money it's the most...
