Crisis Club Gallery — Attraction in Oakland

Crisis Club is a perfect little haven for queer freaks who love art. They have a wide selection of clothing, jewelry, zines, stickers, trinkets, and so much more, all made by local artists. They have gallery shows every 1-2 months, and collaborate with other artist collectives and galleries. They host community-building events like draw nights, free drop in D&D, teen zine workshops, and more. I highly recommend checking them out!!

The location is wheelchair accessible, though the front door can be difficult to open and has a small lip. Staff are always willing to assist with holding the door open. The bathroom is also ADA accessible and the space is generally very open inside, though it can get crowded or tight with events and there may be limited mobility. Staff have offered to move things for me or ask other folks to move if needed, which is always appreciated. I love crisis...
