I have been a loyal customer of Gateway Smoke Shop for quite some time now, often making a two-hour drive just to get my hands on their "holy grail" mushroom chocolate. However, my recent visit to their store left me extremely disappointed and concerned about the quality of their products.

During this visit, I discovered that they did not have my favorite brand of mushroom chocolate in stock. Instead, I was offered a different brand as a replacement. Feeling somewhat hesitant, I decided to give it a try. To my dismay, I discovered bugs in the chocolate I purchased. This not only raises serious hygiene concerns but also indicates a lack of quality control at the shop.

Furthermore, what is even more alarming is the fact that the product I purchased did not list its ingredients. This lack of transparency is highly concerning, as it leaves customers clueless about what they are consuming. It raises questions about the authenticity and safety of the products being sold at Gateway Smoke Shop.

Based on my experience, I strongly suspect that the chocolate I bought was synthetic and potentially harmful. I am deeply disappointed and concerned about the practices of Gateway Smoke Shop, as they seem to prioritize profit over customer satisfaction and safety.

Just discovered this place & am grateful to have such a great shop nearby with absolutely everything I need. This IS the BEST smoke shop I've been to from Oakland to Richmond!! The service is knowledgeable and friendly. They don't sell tobacco but their sister store a few steps away does.
