This business owner does not care about military veterans with disabilities. I would recommend no one who cares about our veterans utilize this establishment! I visited this business on July 2nd, 2021 because of their reviews and their FB business page. I was going there for a tattoo. I entered the facility with my service dog and the receptionist told me that they do not take walk-ins and I had to go online to book a consultation appointment. As I turned away to leave, I stopped to look at a poster and a man (who identified himself as the owner) who was tattooing a woman told me I had to leave his business with my dog. Even though I identified myself a a military veteran with my service dog, he did not care. He proceeded to tell me I could not have my dog there. He told me I had to produce paperwork to prove it was my service dog, at which time I let him know that there are no such requirements and the ONLY 2 questions he can ask me legally are : 1. if the animal is a service dog; and 2. What type of service she provides. He ignored that an continued to debate with me why I had to leave his place of business and insisted that he is a private business. Despite the fact that he has a place open to the public, advertises on Facebook, etc. to the public and has a business license to operate to the public. During all this I took out my cellphone to record him and he again stated on camera that my dog had to leave. I told him I would retain an attorney, as well as file a complaint with the ADA, which he didn't seem to care about. Its disgusting that I served this country so that he could continue to enjoy the rights he has and takes for granted, without any care for the veterans like me who came back from service with disabilities. By far the best tattoo place i have ever stepped in as im in the process of getting a tattoo from every artist in the shop i havent gotten all of them but the ones i have were amazing

Greg (artist/co-owner), is great very knowledgeable but humble in that if you want something not ideal he is going to not only tell you its not ideal but he is going to tell you a reason why its not ideal 10/10 would recommend

Chelsea (artist) is excellent at her work and very friendly once you meet her and she has a moment shes going to say hello 10/10 would very much recommend

Amanda (artist) is friendly gives very much cousin vibes she has gotten super excited at every anime reference tattoo that me and my friends have brought to her very great work and takes pride in her work and the shop 10/10 would very much recommend

Ashlyn (artist), looks young but dont let that fool you she is an amazing artist she is always willing to give a suggestion in the design that is a small detail but makes the entire tattoo pop and all-around great person

Honorable mentioned is Tina (co owner/front desk) very knowledgeable and humble very friendly and just a great person and cares for not only the artist but the clients as well she is very proud of the shop and its reflected in the work they put out and the vibes they keep in

And now for The Shop, super clean. Bathrooms, floors, fish tank, all clean, its epic at the cleanliness (I mean come its a tattoo shop they have permanent ink they use all the time but you wouldnt be able to tell because how clean they keep it) every artist cleans their station immediately after each client before they even let another client in the chair (even if its two friends that come together at the same time)

I waited a while to get a memorial tattoo for my grandmother - researching, seeing who posts art on darker skin, etc. I got a few referrals for other artists in the area, but none really moved me - then I found this studio with INCREDIBLY talented artists. I went in initially to book with another artist, but they were unavailable and Ashlynn was the only person available on my schedule (she was actually 3rd on my list of preferred artists at this studio). The universe knew she should have been my first choice. After doing impeccable work (I actually cried when I saw the finished piece), I knew she was right for me and decided to run with it!

So far, Ashlynn has done 2 completed pieces (one is a full foot coverup), and a 3rd that is a work in progress. Hands down I would say she is one of the best I’ve worked with - she listens, has great ideas, and doesn’t dig all in your skin (she has a gentle touch, although tats hurt no matter what, lol). 10/10 - would definitely recommend.
