Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had at a so-called “family fun” center. Visited on June 19, 2025. Their own sign advertised “Open until 12am” for summer hours—yet when we called at 9:30pm to bring a group of six for “unlimited laser tag” (which costs $35 per person, by the way), we were told they were closing at 10pm because “no one was there.” That’s not only false advertising, it’s pathetic business practice.
We asked if we could still play, and they coldly told us we’d have “39 minutes”—which, last time I checked, is NOT “unlimited.” When I politely explained that we planned our entire day around this activity, the woman on the phone was condescending, dismissive, and outright rude. No apology, no empathy, no attempt to make it right. It was like speaking to someone who couldn’t care less about customer service or basic professionalism.
If you’re going to post hours and advertise services, then honor them. Don’t mislead people, waste their time, and then act like they’re the problem for expecting you to do what you claim.
This place is a joke—poorly run, poorly staffed, and clearly not interested in repeat...
Read moreDon't go to this place if you want to have a good time playing arcades while eating some good food. They list their time of operations as from 9 til midnight daily but if the owner decides he doesn't want your family around then he just comes up to you and tells you that they are closing in 20 minutes which was 10:45pm when we were there. Also the kitchen was closed as soon as we got there and the owner said that we could only buy chips we got there at 9pm. When reading reviews you will find that this place is still deeply rooted in its southern ways when dealing with certain people. From putting bugs in the ice cream to just being plain rude. Don't waste your happiness in this place. This place will probably still be around because it's the beach but I do hope they...
