Mattress Firm Fenwick Island — Hotel in Fenwick Island

Bought a Serta , Charlotte mattress, from mattress firm less than six months ago for our guest bedroom at our beach home. The mattress was slept on only 3 times when our daughter, who had slept on it for the 2nd time asked if I had ever laid on it because it had a sink hole on left side near thighs/knee area. Said and done, mattress had a big defect in springs on left lower side. I reached out to mattress firm where I was directed to their claims site. There I was ask to take pictures of a flimsy piece of paper and ruler on the bed, box spring:frame to determine if bed had issue and send them to Serta. Long story short, Serta replied there was nothing wrong with bed from pictures and wanted $79 to have non party expert come and confirm bed was a lemon.They told me the problem was the quality of the bed! Just as I I had given up hope and was going to trash the Serta, I went back to Mattress Firm where though I could not return the mattress or get my money back, they help me find a good replacement at a great price and took note of Serta’s poor customer service. Courtney did an outstanding job helping my wife & I choose a mattress this afternoon. She was VERY attentive to our needs & distinctly explained every feature of the mattress that had a direct benefit to us. She did NOT pressure us to a more expensive brand nor try & “…sell us…” something we didn’t need. She asked us both open & closed questions. Frankly, I went In begrudgingly & after working with Courtney I came out very pleasantly surprised. I walked in initially dredding the fact that I needed to purchase a bed, but it's one of those things that needed to be done. I was greeted by Beth and Roc whom invited me in and welcomed me with amazing customer service, none of which I've ever experienced buying a mattress before.

They were so patient and understanding that I was working within budget and Beth was able to work her magic so I was able to get a quality mattress and platform. I never once felt pressure from Beth or Roc to buy a more expensive mattress or that they were pushing a sale.
