If you value your time and want to be serviced at your appointment time, this is not the nail salon for you.
I called this morning for an appointment with Jack. The scheduler gave me 1:30p, and that is when I arrived. I sat and waited for 22m because Jack was servicing someone else. When he finally got to me at 1:52p, no apologies or thank you for waiting, nothing. He just started drilling my nails. I asked him why I was given an appointment time if he was not going to be ready, that this is the 4th time in a row that I have had to wait even with an appointment, and that I didn’t want my service rushed. Jack got mad, yelled at me, refused to do my nails, and has banned me in his scheduling system. Even the woman getting serviced next to me was confused as to why he was yelling at me because I wasn’t in the wrong. He had already started taking my polish off, and I was not leaving until my nails were done, so Sabrina ended up finishing my service.
I have been a faithful regular patron here for a couple years, but after today I won’t be back, even if I wasn’t banned. I work hard for my money and I will not spend it where it’s not appreciated, nor where my time is not respected. Do yourself a favor and go...
Read moreI have never been treated so poorly by someone who claims they were "the manager". I walked in asked for a manicure and the young girl looked back and screamed "MANICURE??" As if I couldn't speak English and I said yes please she told me to pick a color and I said okay just give me a minute I'm not sure what color I want. After a moment I hear her rudely asking WHO WANTED A MANICURE WHERE ARE YOU and I said oh I'm right here and with her nasty attitude said well could you hurry up they are waiting for you. I couldn't believe this. I said wow that was rude, I come here to relax and you are being a little nasty where is the manager? She snapped back that she was the manager and I said well that is unacceptable to speak to someone like that. I said no thanks forget it I don't want my nails done. I have come here so many times and never dealt with this or been treated this way. Coming from a family that owns numerous businesses and am a manager myself I am always so kind and attentive to everyone so to be treated like this is upsetting. When I arrived I mentioned that I would like to look at gel nail colors. The man at the front desk informed me that I could not get a gel manicure because he had me written down for a regular manicure. I argued that It would not take much longer for a gel manicure, and he stated that it would take 45 minutes, at which point the nail tech would have another customer. The woman behind me also requested to do a gel manicure, and he told her that she could not either. He asked if I would like to reschedule, and I told him that I was unable to come back because my son was at home.
