Greek Guys — Restaurant in Ocean Township

We ordered 2 kids chicken tender meals, a lamb gyro, a lamb gyro platter, a lamb gyro bowl, a hummus platter and Greek fries... while the food was good.. I didn't get what I ordered. We didn't receive the Greek fries and I received beef instead of lamb. When we called to rectify the issue.. we were told we couldn't be refunded for just one item, we would need to refund the entire order and re-ring as a new sale or we could drive 20 minutes there and pick up our missing items and 20 minutes home. Or we could ask for George next time we came in. Which definitely won't happen ... this was our first and only time ordering here and the way our service for their error, was treated, was less than satisfactory. Sad, because we had very high hopes when ordering and are now...

I recently had the pleasure of eating at Greek Guys and it was an exceptional experience.

The vegan gyro platter stands out as one of the best vegan meals I’ve had in New Jersey. Their lentil soup and lemon potatoes were off the charts too! My partner had the chicken souvlaki and that was also excellent.

The service was impeccable, and you could tell the owner really loves what he does - it shows in the food!

I have been here a few times but finally decided to leave a review because this business truly deserves it. The food is consistently delicious and fresh. We had the traditional salad with gyro meat, falafel, and the gyro bowl. It’s hard to come by authentic falafel however these taste exactly the way they do overseas. I was so impressed with the food that I was about to call the restaurant and let them know, however I felt a review be more useful. I highly recommend Greek Guys.
