Wish I could give a glowing review of this company but I can't. The owner, luke erwin, violated our trust at almost day 1 by proceeding with the few things we requested he not do. His workers left a 6" x 20" area without the wood flooring and refused to have it repaired. He added a number of expensive cabinet accessories that have not performed as designed. Pull out Spice rack had to be abandoned due to lack of access from both sides. He included 2 undercounter bidirectional pull out steps stools retailing for apx $650 each. One was installed but only works one direction the 2nd He had returned to his shop. I requested a refund for 1 but I was ignored. He has a habit as others have shared to blame shift, when something goes wrong he tries to shift the blame to the client. As this job turned bad thanks to kemper/master brands poor quality control, rather than come to the job site he always turned to long rambling emails. Our cabinets doors were replaced or painted 4 times over the last 2 years, yes 2 years. An offer was made to replace the incorrect upper cabinets but was declined as I couldn't risk another 2 years to get them right.

No employee from this company has worked on our kitchen since September 2023. One young man did come out in mid November to "finish the job". He brought totally unacceptable trim for bottom of upper cabinets, wrong depth wrong style for shaker cabinets. He brought 1/4 round for base of lowers but "didn't bring the right tools". I got one email at end of Nov stating Mr erwin would contact me the next day, he did not. As of Jan 1st, 2024 our kitchen update remains unfinished.

It is now April 2025, our kitchen remains unfinished. No contact since 11/2023.

I am a Designer from Orange County and have recently relocated to North San Diego. I am creating my new network of suppliers and craftsman in this area. When my own home unexpectedly flooded a few months ago, I needed to find a Cabinet Supplier locally in a hurry that I felt had the products I was looking for at the price that I hoped for. I searched everywhere without any luck until I finally called Premium Cabinets and Flooring from a Craig's list ad. (I couldn't wait for the others to be ordered.) I left the specs that I needed with the style, color and sizes for my Master Bath Vanity. Two 30" sink bases and an 18" bank of drawers in Espresso Shaker Style. Luke was about to call me back to tell me the bad news that he did not have that in stock, when his installers came walking back through his shop with the cabinets that they were supposed to be installing that morning. "They wanted Chocolate stain, not Espresso" Luke's employee said. Luke asked "What do you have there?" the answer? "Two 30" sink bases and an 18" bank of drawers in Espresso Shaker". Luke called me back and I was stunned. He said that they were meant to be mine and that he would give them to me for just over cost! They delivered them the next day and they are beautiful!!! Solid wood, beautifully constructed. Luke even called a week later to make certain that I was happy with my purchase before he and his wife left town for a week. Who does that? Luke does. I would highly recommend Luke and his company. He is kind, fair, ethical and prompt. Rare values indeed in today's world. Thank you Luke for making my home even more beautiful! I am so pleased that we discovered Premium Cabinets in Oceanside. We LOVE our new kitchen. It was such a great experience to work with Luke and his team who made sure the whole process went smoothly. I was happily stunned to receive a price for my new cabinets from them that was actually lower than the price from Costco’s vendor. Premium’s price included higher quality cabinetry, hands-on service from start to finish and a layout design that far excelled the other provider’s - it maximized the space in my small kitchen.
