I switched to this office in 2017 when I was pregnant and really wanted an ultrasound. They told me they have an ultrasound machine. I switched my insurance and everything, drove 40 min here only to find out thAt i can only get an ultrasound at 12 weeks. I had told them i felt something was wrong and had all kinds of weird symptoms (this was my second pregnancy) they kept reassuring me i was fine and every pregnancy was different. I even had arm numbness and my stomach hurt so bad i couldnt wear a seatbelt. 10 weeks they finally heard a heartbeat after pressing down for 30 min so hard I wanted to die. 1.5 weeks later i finally accepted that MAYBE I WAS PARANOID FOR NO REASON and was finally excited to find out the gender of my baby only to be told it hd no heartbeat. I was furious. Furious no one listened to me earlier. They told me to go home and process. I didn’t want to process. I wanted to know what to do next. They said i can just wait and PASS it Naturally at home. Which sounded HORRIFYING TO ME. I said i want surgery asap but first a second opinion. Because i was still in shock and denial. When i got my referral second opinion 2 weeks later she confirmed baby was dead and I said i want surgery.

Finally had my surgery and I was finally feeling like myself again. No more pain or numbness or feeling super down all the time from the hormones. I was so happy to move on with my life when i went to my post op and was told i had a partial molar pregnancy which she said was CANCER. And that this baby never would have made it to term and should have been terminated immediately. Hmm 🤔 what’s that you say? She said I should have been given an immediate ULTRASOUND INSTEAD OF WAITING 12 WEEKS. WOW.

These people caused me so much emotional pain. I had to now under care for an entire year to be cleared from this “cancer” with weekly bloodwork and then monthly. Also was sent to an oncologist. These people dont care about your concerns and don’t know anything about health. Go elsewhere. I also blame insurance companies but instead of them telling me IM PARANOID they should have told me to go to ER cuz their insurance would not approve an ultrasound (if that was the case) but they just ignored my concerns.

They truly traumatized me. Now because of this NOWWWW there is authorization in the future if i ever have pregnant to have an immediate ultrasound because i am now likely to get this again. HOW BOUT U JUST LISTEN TO YOUR PATIENTS!? And if u CANNOT give ultrasounds then send them to someone who can instead of ignoring them. Had i found out EARLY that this pregnancy was bad, I wouldn’t be so angry and devastated. Or at the very least felt heard and that they did everything possible even if they...

Nchs is one set of multiple clinic branch's . And i have been to a few of them and by far have the best services and staff . The staff out front all ways have a smile and are have the best customer services . I went to vista com clinic for ten years and never did anything for me and the VCC office staff is rude and will make u wait especially if you are not a hispanic. Now at NORTH COUNTY HEALTH SERVICES MY NURSE PRACTITIONER IN MY FIRST VISIT CORRECTLY Diagnosed me with type 2 diabetes and severe migraines and started treatment on the first visit . VCC did not or could not figure it out and never treated me . In ten years VCC never found anything wrong with me and the DR s talk down to u to . And NCHS had me figured it out on my first visit...I would recommend NCHS to any body also the clinic are never over crowded and get you in the back fast and Drs spend as much time as they need to with...

By far in a way one of the worst organizations I've come across in all my years. I'm NOT RANTING HERE! I'm a former paramedic with 40 years of experience in the healthcare field both as a provider and administrator. A complete lack of follow up and continuity of care. I'm diabetic, and since I've been under their care, my condition just gets worse. I'm going to Vista Community Clinic next week. My wife uses them and they've been stellar in their care, proactive follow up and no matter who she sees, theyre all on top of her condition, test results, etc.

Don't play Russian Roulette with your life, take it from me, a seasoned and experienced medical professional, go somewhere else than North County...
