Orlando Grocery — Attraction in Ocoee

We have for several weeks now, yes I said weeks, wanting to get subs made for pickup and EVERY time we are told either their kitchen is closed or ihe is alone and can't make them, we have called at varying hours 4 pm 6 pm 530 etc.. when money is trying to be spent at your establishment and you basically are refusing it by giving excuses everytime that my dear business owner is BAD BUSINESS and very poor customer...

I would give them 5 stars, because the people that work there very nice, but the store has run out of my cigs and beer. Went there for a UPS Package Pick up and my package got treated so terrible it looks like it got stomp on. Additionally they just had it on the floor with the rest of the packages of the past week. Prefer a computer to hold it...
