Going into this Little Caesars was nothing more Then stress not only was it always congested while I was visiting I ordered my food and the manager apparently canceled my whole entire order due to the fact they were out of an item instead of informing me when I had come back over it inside Doesn't know anything about where he works or seems to be All there in the head Because when I asked him certain questions as well as a previous customer You could not answer certain questions that should be general knowledge to an employee working for this establishment If the intelligence level of the employees that I meet or see within the confines of the establishment are just as airheaded I can only imagine the leadership that they follow because it must be such an amazing achievement to be able to know but you have a staff that is stupider Then the dirt that's all Over the ground, I would rather eat the back end of a burnt tire that's been run through the traction Of a dead Body Is Decomposing I will never be eating Little Caesars Pizza ever again Worst experience I've had with this...

Worse though was the pretzel crust, they literally gave me a regular pizza crust and sprinkled pretzel salt on it. Didn’t realize until after I got home and after waiting 15 minutes for someone to answer the store phone I had a manager first tell me it looks that way because of the amount of baking soda they used and when I wasn’t buying that she said they got a new vendor for the crust and that’s why it looked like that but promised it was pretzel and didn’t offer anything to fix it. I called corporate customer service and was promised to get a call back from an area manager/store owner in 1-2 days, 10 days later nothing. No pretzel bread looks like this and the crust had zero taste to it besides the salt. Needles to say most of this food found its way to the trash, such a waste of my money and terrible service...
Read moreNormally I can pick up my order and go with satisfaction. on this one particular day they were extremely busy than usual. The customer was very upset. And I could relate. Things started to escalate. So a member of the team in the back preparing the pizzas stepped in to assist the order taker. He acted very professional and showed concern for the angry customer as well as taken some pressure off the order taker . And through it all orders were being filled from on line pickup to door dash and Walk in. I happened to be a walk that day and was craving a thin crust pizza. Seeing they were so busy I opted for a ready to go instead. But I had to wait because it was going to be about a 10-15 minute wait. But I didn't mind. I enjoyed watching them do their work and hold it together . No customer walked out without an order that day. It would have been nice if there were two order takers instead of one that day.
