Went to this art gallery today, saw there was an art exhibit that anyone could come to. My friend and I brought our children, two of which can’t even walk so we held them, and then my 4 year old, who was excited and enjoyed the art as much as we did. The art was beautiful, however we were harassed and made to feel very uncomfortable. A lady came up to us as we were looking at the art, she said “we don’t really let kids in here usually without an appointment”. I replied “okay?” And then took my son to the rest room. As we walked out she was standing there waiting for us. My son sat on a chair by the restroom and she freaked out saying that it wasn’t a chair that we could sit on?? It was literally just a chair, no sign saying you can’t sit on it or anything. She looked like she was about to grab my child out of it. My friend grabbed my child and said “don’t worry we’re leaving”. My son asked why we only stayed for a little bit and I told him that we weren’t welcomed and they didn’t want us there. It was super weird. They came off very snobby and need to clarify somewhere if children aren’t allowed and need to clarify if you can’t sit on a freaking chair. Also mind you we were the ONLY ones there at the time trying to enjoy the art. We weren’t loud, my son wasn’t being bad, the babies weren’t crying, etc. will never ever buy or look at...
Read moreAmazing art gallery and restaurant. Enjoyed my two visits to the gallery. I can’t remember the lady’s name at the front desk or the curator (she’s nice and friendly - my wife and I loved our conversations with her). She invited us for the poetry event on a Sunday, which turned out to be a great. Old styled building/property with a gallery and restaurant. Love the wallpapers in the restroom and the separate dining space for special events. The gallery has paintings, sculptures, and art items/objects for sale. Parking is available. Street...

You can also leave your table and explore while you wait for your food. After you eat, you can walk through the gallery that has multiple rooms, and extends upstairs also. We would return for the...
