Showed up early about 5 minutes prior to opening(0630) was first in line, 0630 rolled around and there was only one employee setting up machines to open, another 5 minutes pass with no acknowledgement or a simple sorry we are running behind. The"lead food supervisor" shows up and starts putting money in the register again no acknowledgement. Finally we are told the machines are warming up and it would be another 5 minutes, I asked if we could atleast get our order taken so that we were not behind all the online orders while we wait. Then with a attitude stated your already behind 32 orders. Today, after a simple gift card error, at no fault of my own, she came out with a terrible attitude—rude, aggressive, and unprofessional. I’ve also witnessed her treat others this same way. My family, visiting often due to my grandmother’s critical condition over the past year, now avoids this location because of her. I instantly felt all my worries melt away and the stress of my grandmother actively dying in the hospital disappear. She took my order and her voice was that of an angel.
