We live over 2 hours away, did not inform us that I could not sit with my wife during her 3 hour treatment. So, got to sit in the car or the waiting room for 3 hours. Really awful at considering the patient and family that do not reside in the local area. did not even address it until I tried to walk back with my wife.
Although I did attend my wife's initial appointment and went back to the exam room, the lab to have her blood drawn and the infusion room when we filled out the forms for the treatment. Do is this a new policy since December or is it selective. Given that I was allowed to be with my wife through the previous situations, there was nothing to give me the information that I was not allowed with her during treatment. There were no signs, we were not told when we setup the treatment or when it was scheduled or when we received the reminder. Nor are there signs posted to give that information. I'm not sure how the following response addresses the fact that your staff did not endure this limitation was known prior to treatment. It has no corrective action to ensure that this faux pas does not happen to another family member. What I would like to know is how you plan to address this for future patients family members since they often need people to drive them after treatment.

Space is limited, and many of our patients use mobility aids such as walkers and wheelchairs. Additional people can make it difficult for patients to navigate the area. Additionally, due to the risk Covid-19 poses to our patients, we must limit patient exposure to the virus as much as possible. Your wife is most welcome to speak with out infusion scheduler about any concerns prior to her next visit, as we want to be considerate of her needs and your...
Read moreWorst facility ever from management to the nurse! Everyone except the front desk staff is absolutely horrific. They will lie on you and through personal vendettas will withhold your medical treatment. The manager is absolutely horrific, she is new and focuses more on her fashion than maintaining a respectable facility. Her name is Misty. The nurse Belinda is extremely aggressive when dealing with patients and the nurse with a nose ring will completely lie on you. The nose ring nurse wanted to push the steroid shot on me, knowing that I requested infusion. This facility is horrific and fraudulent. I’m sure they get money for pushing the shot on patients. If you have MS save yourself and go...
