Lion's Children's Playground — Attraction in Oklahoma City

Great park for toddlers. The recommended age on the park sign says ages 2-5. There is a walking trail right next to the playground for adults looking to get their daily steps count in. Wide open area all around the park with no trees around, so kite flying or recreational activities such as rc racing or anything requiring minimal obstructions is great. The air coming off the lake always makes a great cooling breeze, especially in the summertime. The only downside, in my opinion, is the restroom situation. There is no restroom infrastructure aside from 3 portal potty pods that always seem to be filthy no matter what time of day, so be sure to have the little ones use the restroom before heading...

Huge place to go to to see nature, relax, many trails for riding bikes, walking or jogging and exercising plus you can fish or put your boat/canoe out on the water as well. You can also park and relax by the many areas that they have available by the water to have a family cookout & they have a pet park thats a huge size for small to big dogs. A must place to go...

We visited this playground on a very sunny day. It was a very nice experience. The fountains which are placed around the playground also make it very easy when you have your pup with you and are on a walk. It is fun and relaxing environment where the kiddos can play as well.
