Awesome building for events. We rented a few space for the Buchanana event -Vintage flea Market. It's our first time here doing this event and I must say so it's really good and it has been quite the experience. People are friendly and customers are quite friendly too.. I'd definitely recommend to do events it's a very big building and has lots of space. Check out the monthly event here and worldhistoricsrelicsusa for the most amazing vintage and antique items.

I went to the gun show and I bought my pink one for 160 brand new than I bought my blue one for 80. These ones are perfect for single mommy like me that constantly get approached by some people that want to "make my day" šŸ˜‰šŸ˜† I also got some other pretty cool things like this little statue thing was 20 bucks

Great location for the rock show. Reasonably good lighting. Slightly sloped floor and roof give the whole space an unusualnl feeling.

Just like all other buildings this year at fair. The so called the Modern Living building doesn't have nothing to do with modern living.

It feels like the people that manage the fairgrounds raised everything's price very few exhibitors were able to afford any space.

I understand that prices went up this year but please do not take it on poor people that can barely afford paying their bills.

Great building, nice and well lit. The bathrooms are really nice and clean. We have been here for many events such as the Affair of the Heart, the state fair and various other events and have never had a problem.
