We had a vending machine in my business for approximately 3 years. Never once recieved a commission check, they said it was due to low sales. When we called to have the machine put in, I was told no matter the sales a commission check would always be sent out. Tried changing the beverages several times and called numerous times and never recieved a call back from anyone. Asked to lease a machine and was told I would receive a call within 2 business days. Now we are trying to get them to come get it because we have a Pepsi machine on the way and it's been 10 days and 4 phone calls, still nothing. Then today they say there's not even a request to come get it. They have told me they have escalated my calls multiple times yet 5 days later I am hearing from them that it could take up to 24 to 48 hours for someone to return my call.
