Wiley Post Park — Attraction in Oklahoma City

I went for my granddaughter birthday party. I cannot say how the rest of the Park was. I stayed mainly in one location. From previous experience it's like other parks. Clean enough to enjoy yourself with a little trash here and there. Not that much to actually put a complaint about it. You can go and have a family BBQ and Not have a bad day . The city built an absolutely beautiful and usable park! It’s really unfortunate it would take a team of full time employees to keep the trash and vandalism at bay. This park is absolutely littered with trash and there are things going on with the portable toilets that I can’t even believe is possible. Visited on a Sunday while on a family vacation. Very big park and spacious. Although the children's splash pad was a disappointment. It was filled with lots of trash and debris. I noticed a few kiddos trying to pick up trash from off the ground including my 3 year old. The cleaning/maintenance crew must not be available on the weekends. But overall they get a 4 from me. Not a deal breaker though. I would def go back if my family ever heads that...
