Well.. I wasn't aware of where I ended up. Just some random park. I was just looking for a spot by a river with trees, so I could mushroom hunt. The park wasn't bad, it's nice. Probably be a lot cooler if I was a lot younger lol. They have a skate park which is awesome. But when I went by the tree line.. I was greeted by a dog. It wasn't happy about me being near it's home I'm sure. It didn't attack me.. Lucky for it. But the owner called it back, a little too late if you ask me. But nevertheless it didn't attack, I didn't have to regulate on it. I would have probably felt bad, but I'm also not going to willingly get bit. It was owned by a homeless person. Cops should probably look into that. The area was trashed out. You can be homeless & not trashy as all get out, js. It's a park, I'm sure they have trash cans. & please go somewhere where there isn't children hanging out.. & please stop owning animals when you can't even support yourself. I ended up leaving because it wasn't prime mushroom territory lol. I went up the street about an eighth of a mile & found some mullin & wild onion/garlic. I'm pretty...

This is a top-tier inner city park. The park is well maintained and there are staff visible throughout the day doing groundskeeping and generally keeping an eye on the activities. This park was built with a special sales tax voted on and paid for by the citizens of Oklahoma City. There is plenty to do here to have a day full of leisure activity and adventure. The park includes walking trails winding through various gardens such as a butterfly garden and a native plants garden, water sports such as paddle boats and kayaks, a spray ground water park, a playground and plenty of wildlife to see. The park extends from the both side of I-40 to the south side of I-40. The South end of the park includes walking paths and sports such as pickle ball, soccer, basketball and more playground. The two sections of park are connected by a footbridge that goes over I-40. There are a few food options to choose from. They’re mediocre at best and not cheap but not really expensive. There are often food trucks that will rent slots along S Robinson Ave that offer a few...

Unfortunately due to a bad experience with security, I no longer feel safe here. Just driving by gives me terrible anxiety and makes me sad because for 4 years straight I walked all over this park everyday.... 😞 UPDATE: It's been 8 months since writing this review and I'm just shocked that my anxiety is still over whelming when seeing this park. I watched workers form this beautiful park from the beginning when there were no street lights on a very sketchy street that ran right through this park just a few years ago... Still just sad that two "security guards" could ruin all this park meant to me and my sense of safety and no one gives a damn. Especially the park...

Went to The Hill to learn country dancing that's organized by some local enthusiasts. They do partner dancing and line dancing. Temperature today went below triple digits and the breeze made it nicer. "Hiked" up the hill to have a better night view of downtown and the illuminated Scissortail. Bathrooms at The Hill were locked but a few porta potties were available stocked with toilet paper. However there was nothing to wash hands with. Better to come prepared with your own cleaning items such as hand sanitizer gel or wipes. Overall it was an enjoyable night out.

Wasn't able to go through all the place but with the portion that I saw I can say that this new addition is great, what I love is that it has restrooms in key places, in name of all the pregnant women, thank you! *Parking is a little complicated on busy days (weekends) but I've always found a parking space. 👍🏼 - As I said, restrooms all over the place. - Great place for walking, jogging, exercising. - There are Basketball and Tennis courts.
