We WERE regulars here. Spending thousands. People knew us by name. We won a jackpot not to long ago. We used our credit card to do a cash withdraw and their ATM approved it but gave us a slip to take to the cashier. My husband's name is so long that the suffix of Jr cannot fit on the card. But everything else including the middle initial was on there. The cashier would not cash the slip so I asked for a manager. She said you can talk to my MOD. After looking over everything He said to go ahead and cash it because it was clear that the whole name was not going to fit on the card and they knew us. The cashier then questioned the MOD and said well I need to talk to so-and-so. I'm thinking you don't trust you MOD? So she called whoever she needed to and they also refused to cash the slip. I know for a fact they have made exceptions in certain situations and we would now know for next time. But We have to wait 48 hours for the money to get back onto the card including the $48 fee that we paid just for the cash advance. I immediately threw my players club in the trash and went over to the players club and took my mailing address off their list. I will not be back not after that treatment and not after the thousands of dollars my husband and I spend coming to this casino. Even the players club supervisor try to help us out and took us back over to the MOD to see if there was anything could be done...Way to treat your repeat,...
Read moreMy name is T. Raffety, I'm a Delaware Tribal member and I have to say that I'm ashamed of our Casino:Casino Oklahoma!!!! I have never seen a place that deliberately sets their machines so tight that they are tighter than a frogs butt. Today we thought we would give them a try AGAIN to get my mom her 5 points for $10.00 freeplay, after spending $12.00 or more we finally got 1 point, talk about a rip off. Across the highway at Sugarcreek Casino you get 1 point for every $1.00 you spend plus you can actually win on their $10.00 match play where as you can't win on Casino Oklahomas freeplay. So anybody who reads this don't bother going to Casino Oklahoma as you'll just lose all your money. That's why I cut up my players card! It costs way too much to try to win a small pittance. Sugarcreek on the other hand is making money hand over fist because they let people actually win!!! As a general rule I've walked out with more than I went in with, mind you you don't win all the time but you sure have a better chance to win than you will at Casino Oklahoma. It's a small wonder they can't make much money as they have a bad reputation for being super super tight. People I've talked to say they don't mind spending money if they have a chance of winning. So steer clear of...
Read moreRecently went to Casino Oklahoma after their reopening. It was not a good experience. Approximately 80% of the games were shutdown with notes on them that it was due to their social distancing policy. We left very soon after, when it was apparent how few games were available for play. They may as well stay closed.
Update: Saturday, June 13, my wife and I tried to give them another chance, but was refused entry. I did not have my physical ID on me, but did have the OK Mobile ID app, which had my valid driver's license info on it. This app was created by the OK Department of Public Safety to have a virtual copy of one's driver's license. But the employee checking people in said she could not accept it, and then asked her manager, who also said they could not accept it. I asked why not, and was told "just because." What is the reason for asking for an ID? For age verification? I am 55 years old, so it could not have been for that. Had I won a taxable amount, I understand I may not have been paid out, and would need to get the physical ID for that, but that should not have prevented me being able to enter the building. And on my previous post, we were not asked for ID on that trip. The last two trips to this casino have been extremely...
