Art Nails — Attraction in Old Bridge Township

VERY rude! Called prior and made an appt. and when I walked in they acted like they had no clue. Then told me to sit down and wait. There were FIVE employees sitting at their stations playing on their phones and ONE other worker doing someone’s nails. After ten minutes someone came up to me and told me to wait for the one worker to be done with the lady’s nails. After telling them I had an appt. one of the staff very rudely told me I needed to wait over a half an hour for her to be done. I was confused as to why the other five employees playing on their phones could not have helped me????? I have never walked out of a salon before but these people have no clue how to run a business. I finally found a nail tech who listens to me and my nails come out as desired! Nancy was absolutely wonderful. I have been to too many nails salons and this is the first time I actually got what I asked for and didn’t feel like I was asking for too much. I already made my next appointment. I highly recommend Art Nails ,I have been a customer for 4 years & I have experienced the best service in the four years. The ownership has changed during the 4 years due to a personal situation from Carol to Andy & Nancy they are the best, they are friendly & accommodating, they have made changes to the shop & have many new polish colors.
