Update: Bella is the only saving grace about this place, providing me with a refund for the last two months, and contacting ABC on my behalf. Thank you very much for resolving this and for having excellent customer service.

Go anywhere else but this place for your workouts—the machines are disgustingly run down anyway. The employees here waited three full days to process my cancellation request, leading to me being outside the 10 day window. Therefore, I got charged for being a member for another month. Doubt that was an accident. I called on Saturday, 9/23 and spoke with a guy that explained payments go through ABC financial and to call them when they open Monday. Ok fair. But I COULD NOT get in touch with a human there to help me. I still can’t. Called the gym and spoke to Vinny (the owner apparently) on Monday, 9/25, who promised he would save my phone number and follow up with me about it this week. Nothing. Called back Wednesday, 9/27, talked to Vinny again. He got off the phone with me promising to call ABC and get back to me. I didn’t get a call back. I called AGAIN 3 hours later and a woman said he stepped out and she would tell him to get in touch with me upon his return. Well it’s tomorrow and I’m still waiting. I’ve wasted so much time trying to remedy a problem that they ADMITTED they are at fault for because my cancellation letter was clearly marked for 3 days prior. They should be bending over backwards to help me, but I guess since they’re not getting my business anymore they couldn’t care less. I just moved and every single dollar is precious to me right now. they have made some improvements over the years. 3yrs ago the manager red head with freckles did very little to make you feel at home She was more concerned with flirting with the pretty boys who ordered shakes at the counter. She didnt last very long . Her replacement was nice but when she said hello when we came in the door she would yell out our first name . That was embarrasing and totally unnecessary Glad that she left also. The current staff is ok in my book but they need to make some changes on the floor. FIrst off the wipes are available at times and sometimes they are not That is not good . If you cant provide the wipes at least have a liquid gell at the front desk for everyone to use . The most annoying aspect is the loud music coming from the speakers . Maybe some of us older generation dont feel like listening to rap music especially when its penetrating your eardrums at loud decibles not meant for the human ear. to withstand . Tone it down a bit and start playing some Beatles Stones Arrow smith 70's and 80s music I mean really not all members are teens or in their 20s . The rotating fans are a necessity in the summer but not in the winter. If there are members that need fans on during winter season then you got some kind of medical issue and you need to see a doctor .
