Backlot Taphouse — Restaurant in Omaha

I liked the whole experience. You order at the bar and then sit anywhere. There are many games to play which is nice to have options. Plenty of tvs around to watch sports. The food was good. Pizza is like Little Caesars deep dish (which is Detroit style). The wings come in bunches of 7 or 8 I think and are very saucy!

Overall the experience was underwhelming. The food and beer choices were great. However when I went to order that's where things fell off the rails. I was the only one at the bar. The bartender/waitress? was real snotty. I mentioned it was my first time there, but she was real short. Demanded that I know my table number. Whenever I ordered a drink, she asked who made the beer, which required me to read the name off of the menu behind her. My second beer order she did the same. I ordered a chocolate stout. She hands me an IPA. I bring it back and she says in a snotty tone "what's wrong". I point out the obvious. She then gets me the correct beer, but overfills it and I'm left dripping beer back to my seat. Finally, my food came out late. My wife was done with her pizza by the time mine even arrived. The waiter was nice and apologized, and said something about how my order got lost in the mix. That's something you want to hear. Again, overall underwhelming experience. BTW we were there on a Saturday around 7pm. Not overly busy, so didn't feel the service...

Why did you delete my negative review? I actually had a bad experience at this establishment, and they are not taking accountability. Your bartender, Hayli W, was extremely rude to me and my coworkers. If she didn't want to serve us, she should have just said so and we would've taken our business elsewhere. We were unaware that there are two menus, we tried ordering off the one that wasn't "late night", and she goes "That's not the right menu" and walks away without any other explanation. She rolled her eyes at me when I asked for a glass of water and said, "Actually get water, the tab is by the lemonade." Like girl, if you are so worried about me getting a soda than don't give the public access to your soda machine and fill it yourself. She was giving us dirty looks as she was closing, obviously wanting us to leave, but they didn't close for another 45 minutes :) I can continue if you want, since you deleted my first review. The pizza was average, pretty much the same thing as Dominos. The beer was okay though! If y'all delete this again, I will continue...
