Vinton Square — Attraction in Omaha

I SO APOLOGIZE...THIS REVIEW IS MEANT FOR WASH WORLD!!! Went there on a Monday around 3pm. The employees are always cleaning. Mostly garbage that customers leave behind. They have trash containers everywheres. Never overfilled. ALWAYS empty with a clean liner. My thoughts.... How difficult is it to throw your empty laundry bottles in it?! How about tossing away the empty pop cans & snack wrappers in the trash containers that are just an arm's length away?! The plastic grocery store bags & trash bags used to bring in their dirty clothes are left on the floor, on top or in front of machines, folding stations, oh yeah...let's not forgot about all those baskets on wheels too.!!!! It's frustrating for me cuz I'm now having to use a cane. Hey people, I could care less if you live like a slob in your own home, but you're using a PUBLIC LAUNDROMAT. Please don't force others to clean up after you..... we're here to clean our own stuff. This place is really nice!! Newer machines that get your clothes really clean and dryers that take HALF the time to dry than ALOT of the other laundromats in this area 4 sure. I've been a regular customer at this WASH WORLD since moving in the neighborhood 2 years ago. I just retired after 40+ yrs working in the restaurant/liquor industry in Omaha. My career choice gave me an abundance of wonderful people, many developing into great friendships, & one's I call my family.♥️ Unfortunately, I'm still witnessing my fellow Brothers & Sisters being disrespectful and just plain blatantly rude to one another.....even at a laundromat!...

I'm About Anything that Keeps Me Labeled as a "Homeboy"! Even though I eventually l grew up on the Northside of Omaha, my Earlier Years in Life as a Child were spent on the Southern Side of Town in Various Areas(ie:"Little Bohemia", "Little Italy", and "Little Mexico")as well as Bellevue. VINTON SQUARE is one of the Only Areas that still has a lot of it's HISTORY as far as the ARCHITECTURAL PRESERVATION OF the BUILDINGS Which STILL Remain STANDING!... I WILL FOREVER 💖 MY HISTORY AND NEVER FORGET WHERE MY PEOPLE AND COME...

Parking lot is terrible on car suspensions! There is lots of open stalls to park cuz everyone just parks in the fire lane and runs in for a lot longer then a minute and that makes it difficult to get around. Security Guard doesn't work the lot, just sits by the closed deli, but he wouldn't be able to patrol both and has no help! What if something violent like if a fight with 4 people or more starts? The chances of using "Deadly Force" increases. In the Marines we use the 2-Man Rule...
