Location 24th and Vinton Omaha, Ne. This was the utmost disrespect I have ever experienced here. Our order was wrong when delivered, we noticed right away- no big deal, we wil just call them and have it corrected. I called and told them, it was a delivery. They said, "Nothing we can do about it!" I asked to have our pizza remade with the hamburger the way we ordered and the cheese sticks we ordered came as bread sticks with no marinara, they said, "We can't redeliver because we only have one delivery driver and we are not sending him back, but you can come pick it up". I told them I do not have a vehicle, so how can we remedy this. They said "We don't have an answer." I asked for a refund, after being on hold for over 10 minutes each time- I was placed on hold (3 different times) they said ok. I gave them my card info and asked them to read me back the number to make sure it was correct (her name was Zoey) she said, " I can't and I'm "pretty sure" it's correct " - This alarmed me as she didnt seem she had the correct info when i gave it to her due to her saying "i think i got it" wow! Afterwards they said, "Your refunded $8.00!" Our order total was $33.00 plus I gave a $5.00 tip. How are we only getting $8.00 back? They said because you ordered a special." However if the special has 2 medium pizzas and the menue has the pizza at $11.99 plus our delivery fee, not to mention this was their mess up and our breadsticks were wrong and now our family doesn't get to eat a full dinner, and we will not receive a corrected pizza, your now stealing from me on the refund. This is literally the worst experience I have ever had! I asked to speak with the manager, the shift manager got on the phone. She was terribly rude said contact her GM tomorrow, nothing she is going to do about it tonight and I am taking up her time and they are too busy for this. I checked my refund status in bank- NO REFUND! I want to speak with someone, and receive my refund and for them to make this right! Read moreThis was 1st time ordering and my last I ordered at 5:40 for carry out. It said estimate of 14 minutes for it to be ready. I decided to head their right away since I don't live right around the corner. I pulled up at 5:58 and checked the tracking. It said my order was ready. I walked in and let the lady behind the corner who didn't know my name and that was there to pickup my order, as i had just walked in. She immediately said "It still has 5 more minutes". Slightly confused, I sat down and waited. The young lady immediately got on her phone. 7 minutes later, I got up and asked her if it was ready. She said she would check and went to the back. She came back and said it would be another 2 minutes. 4 minutes later, a guy came out from the back, walked up to the warmer that was right BEHIND the young lady, opened it and pulled my order out! And he told her, the order was right there! I paid and left but then realized the sauces were missing so I had to go back. The young lady was absolutely rude and awful. I get home and opened the food, the 8 garlic parmesan boneless wings were more like 4 with 4 crumbs. Not worth my money or my time to ever...
Read moreHonestly there was no issue with the stord in my opinion. I worked at this location a couple times as a fill-in. It was clean and had a great set-up in the kitchen. The Area Coach is a joke though. We got along great, but when I felt like the job was running me into the ground, and in turn was becoming the opposite of what I loved doing for work. I was building a career with the company. I put in a 3 week notice of leave,unfortunately had not been to make it in for the last two of those day. Stacee (Area Coach) red flagged me from ever working at a Pizza Hut again. Stripped me of my career. I completely flipped that place around for her and Tracey (store manager) over at the Emmet St Location.
To be completely honest. J dont have any hate for this. I forgive them for there immediately spiteful attitudes/ reactions. One thing is for sure... you can not change the past, only aim and shoot for what you love in life.
