I recently took my oldest to the library for the first time yesterday and we were both delighted. The dear lady in the children’s section couldn’t have treated my child better than if A. (my child) had been her own; she took A. on a special tour of the section and showed A. all the wonderful different resources available to A., and was incredibly helpful in recommending books she knew A. would be interested in. A. was very excited to get A.‘s own library card and the lady in the main section was incredibly sweet in how she spoke directly to A. and asked A. questions about what A.‘s interested in and how the library can serve those interests. Not from D street where google maps to tell you since that’s mostly for city official employees. It’s also incredibly small parking lot there and hard to navigate. Go to this: 127 E C St, Ontario, CA 91764 ; Location instead. This library has audio cds, bundles oof books for sale of amazingly cheap prices, many kids events, adult club meetings/events, specific section for teens and a whole middle library blocked off on the main/ 2nd floor for the children. When I mean blocked off, it’s basically glass doors enclosure so probably kids can be louder but won’t disturb other guests. The adult and reference section is down the spiral staircase below. Amazing section and...

Further in, desks were dotted throughout and a dedicated area with computer stations. A room off to one side offered printing services. Restrooms were clean and accessible. Genuinely such a safe, calm, relaxing environment to study and learn in.
The process for obtaining a library card was really smooth as well— I got mine as a spur of the moment decision and all I needed was my photo ID with my address. The librarians at the circulation desk were beyond patient and helpful, and that was with them running...
