Let me to start this review by saying I have text messages to prove everything I’m about to claim, so understand there is no exaggeration in the complete mess I went through. This is not even half. I’m just not wasting anymore of my time to add to this. Full review will be on the BBB website shortly. Currently in the process of filing a BBB complaint. If that doesn’t solve my issue, I will be suing. I have spoken to a lawyer. I had merchandise that was broken for six months and not replaced, I had my card illegally ran, asked for it to be taken off auto pay and was told no even though I never signed for this card to be on auto pay, I was charged random amounts random days in the week even though when I signed my original auto draft form, I agreed to a specified amount on a specified day. Running my card for another amount or on another day without notice- is illegal. I asked for a copy of my billing throughout a terrible, terrible six months because of everything that had happened, I was told they couldn’t give me one. I had to go in to see it. Still to this day I have not received a receipt or anything showing what I actually paid for. It doesn’t even show my full information online. If all of my payments are supposed to show online, someone is miss managing money. After 5 1/2 months of waiting for a washing machine replacement and getting to the point where I refused to pay until I had working merchandise, somehow, they were able to show up at the specified time and on the specified day, however it was a set up by the branch manager. She made it out like they were finally bringing me a washing machine. Turns out, she sent them to pick up everything I was leasing. Let’s just add on top of that that I was told by the branch manager that her regional Director and all of her employees apparently swore that they had already replaced my merchandise. So I was pretty much being called a liar. The serial numbers verified by the driver confirmed that the whole branch and even the region director have no clue what’s going on. I guess they wouldn’t have realized if merchandise was missing or if merchandise was in repair since they wouldnt have missed an entire brand new washer and dryer. This original review was just raving about how great they were because I was literally trying to be as nice as possible so I could just get working equipment. I didn’t want to lose six months worth of payments to cut the lease. He’s begging people to get a bank account to purchase insurance from him with no paperwork.This man has been on bs from the first day. How you not remember people that have made a payment? I was only a week behind on my payment which was last Friday. I haven’t received a phone call nor have they been to my house. So all of a sudden my mom called me this morning saying she got a call from buddy’s saying that they have been to my house and no one answered and they was calling my phone and still no answer. so now I’m confused and trying to see when did they come to my house and when did they call my phone? So my mom gonna say he said that he was gonna send the police over here because I didn’t want to return the furniture so when I asked about who called my mom and said that he told me the manager called. so I went to the store and asked for the manager and Child told me that he is the manager so again I ask him let me speak to the manager that called my mom and said that So this is no manager is Charles so now we have a argument going on inside of buddy’s. so that Charles go to say that he was helping me out, revealing what I had on my background in front of customer and workers. I was only a week behind on my payment but now all of a sudden he don’t know what none of these come from saying I didn’t I never made a payment and I clearly see on my bank card that I made a payment on the sixth of this month but all of a sudden he don’t know anything about the payment. so if I was that late behind why he didn’t charge me any late fee in my payment was due last Friday. Don’t think he said it would just give me $100 if I’m behind where is the late fee weren’t the late fee on my account But it’s all good because I have reached out to someone and trust and believe they will know everything about what’s going on in that store.
