Firehouse Subs Opelika — Restaurant in Opelika

The firehouse subs in Opelika Al are really great ,but them 2 nasty white girls that works there are nasty creatures! I seen them go out side with 10 mins before they opened to smoke and went back in without washing their hands. They both were already looking ragged from what the smoking has done to them and the manager teeth are all rotted out. Well when she open the door to open I just straight up asked her if they washed their hands cause I had got out of my car to see if they would wash their hands and she got pissed off cause I told her that she did not wash her hands and I seen this with my own 2 eyes. She got so mad cause I told her to wash her hands in front of me and running your hands under cold water is not washing your hands mama June!! Well she threatened to call the police on me and I told her for what cause I called you out of being NASTY. Then she threatened to quit,but them her bills that she can’t pay. Well let’s just say I decided to not eat there cause I want my food to be clean and don’t t need Germs from nasty hands with spit on my sub. This was last Thursday 04/07/22 when I reported this ,but I should have called the Health Department on them.They we’re out child by the door smoking but left the young man inside working and not once did he leave his station/job . I’m giving them a 1 star because the 2 females definitely did not wash their hands after coming back in from smoking.Cleanliness is everything when you work in any restaurant and washing your hands is part of cleanliness. Please do better and my eyes don’t lie when I’m looking right at you smelling like a smoke stack. If you 2 don’t wash your hands at work then I’m sure you’re not washing your bodies...

I ordered two subs today through the app, But I had accidentally ordered them to the wrong location (Opelika location instead of Phoenix city). Once I got to the Phoenix city location I quickly realized i had ordered it to the wrong place because they couldn’t find my order, so I called the Opelika location to see if I could cancel my order because of my mistake. I was told by a girl manager at the time that there is no exceptions for canceling order if I had ordered it ordered to a different location. I was super upset knowing that I had just wasted $23 and still had no lunch for me or my partner and didn’t want to spend that money again. so I had placed a case through the app to see if I could get any resolution to my problem. Until Rocco another store manager from the Opelika location called me to find out more about my problem. Rocky was super professional and immediately took action to resolving my issue. He even told me that usually if someone Accidentally orders it to the wrong location the other location will call them to see if the order is there and if it is they would remake it at the location, which was some thing that the other girl manager never mentioned to me even after I sounded upset. Big shoutout to Rocco for delivering great customer service, now I will be gladly returning to eat lunch here when I pass...

I've never eaten at a firehouse subs but decided to try them tonight because it's the one thing I haven't eaten a million times. Placed order online and knew I'd have to go pick up my order from the "fire station box "." My cup was gross, it had crumbs, food, and something else inside it. I asked for a new cup, and the lady at the counter gave me one but looked at me like I was trying to get a free drink. Then my chips weren't in my bag, went back in and grabbed a box that had chips and a cookie and asked if this was right because I didn't order a cookie, the lady told me I had to grab my own chips, again not a big deal but if you've never eaten there you don't really know what's going on. The actual food was gross - both sandwiches were supposed to be tosted. Both were warm ish from the meat, but the bread was not tosted. Just overall, I wouldn't...
