Archipelago — Attraction in Orange Beach

This is my family's favorite store, especially mine and my son's. My wife loves the selection of quality men's apparel to help us look nice, along with the friendly atmosphere. If your tired of going to store after store, seeing the exact same items for sell, then Archipelago is for you. Christine & Steve, the owners, are the best, as well as the rest of the gang they have working. Great customer service, they go out of their way to be helpful. They are very knowledgeable of not only the products/ brands they sell, but also of the latest fashion trends and styles. This is NOT your average beach mall store, they carry upscale clothing and accessories you'll find nowhere else. My family will not only be a customer while in town on vacation, we will be a customer throughout the year, for life. Christine & Steve will probably get tired of us/ mainly me, checking to see what's new! Can't say enough good things about this store, stop in and check them out. You will not be disappointed. After years of buying On shoes, clothing and psycobunny from this establishment I will never shop here again. Wednesday, May 15 I visited to but a pair of red white and blue on cloud 5 coast, a gentleman told me that they didn’t have my size. He then told me that they were getting a shipment in off 400 pair. I stated I would come back Friday to buy. I took the hour and a half drive to buy new shoes. I arrived at 510, no one except a young man and woman seemed to be working. I walked in as the only customer. The young man asked if I needed help. I started I want to purchase a pair of cloud 5 coast in 9.5. The young man started that they just got 400 pair of shoes in and that he wouldn’t good looking for the pair. This is your job, what are you being paid to do? Stand around and talk to girl that is working. Guess this local will spend his money where customers come first. I plan to let everyone I know in Pensacola about the terrible service...

I came into the store today to look for some clothes for vacation and left with something different, but honestly better. Steven, the owner, sold me a Secrid wallet over 3 years ago at the store and it’s still in prime condition to this day. While telling the story of my first big purchase for myself to another worker, without asking Steven began to fix the card clicker in my wallet that was semi broken. His commitment to his customers is the reason why every time I am in town, I stop by the store to see what new they have in stock. The relationship Steven builds with his customers is not only the reason I stop, but also why the store is a one of a kind destination. I cannot recommend this...
