Crush — Restaurant in Orange Beach

My husband stopped in as we spotted the place while having lunch across the street before heading to the nearby dolphin cruise. We planned to have a glass, but wanted to check out the selection first. Almost immediately, the woman running the place was pushy and acted like she didn’t want us there (perhaps we were clearly tourists? Not sure). At that point, I decided I didn’t want to sit for a full glass as I’m kind of a slow drinker. So I told my husband he could get a glass and I’ll take some of his. With his glass in hand, we finished roaming and found the type of wine we wanted (a Bordeaux from 2016, the year we got married as we were celebrating our anniversary). After leaving yesterday and spending over $200 I finally decided to post my feelings about the management. We enjoy our time and red and white but as many times as we have been there and as much money as we have spent, we never even get a hello or smile out of the manager. Not a thank you not a come back and say yes, not a good to see you again. Yesterday she was sitting behind her desk doing paperwork and never once got up to greet us, even when we engaged in conversation, she was absolutely terrible at diplomacy. I use to really love this place. Food and wine always amazing. SERVICE IS HORRIBLE I only left one star because I had to. Bartender with brown hair is extremely rude. Had a party of 8 come in all locals couldn’t split checks because they were “busy” only 6 other people in the place wouldn’t sit us all together because “we are a bunch of women and she can’t have us all in each others faces” her tone and attitude drove all of us off.
