Outer Limits VR Game Room — Attraction in Orange Beach

My 8 yo son and I went there yesterday and after we paid for an hour they explained he can't ride the 2 best things, multiple games were out of order, all the headsets were just dated and raggedy (theyre just playstation vr headsets on most) and after 30 minutes we were done.

I asked for a refund and the lady was rude and pointed to a no refunds sign.

Very unprofessional, very underwhelming.

Edit - What a pos response that's on par with the pos equipment at this dated vr room. The headsets should be Valve index for the prices you charge, which is what I have in my home. The quality of everything at your business is low as is your attitude. If I'm ever back in the area I'll stop by and see if you want to talk crazy like that...

A nice change to the arcade feel, as arcades are becoming more dated, this is a nice refresher.

When I was there there was a very nice older gentleman who seemed to really enjoy what he was doing, which created a nice atmosphere.

However there were some parts that made the experience a little less immersive, I notice the majority of VR headsets were probably a sponsored company’s as I’ve ever seen them before, but I did here that they’re planning on putting in HTC Vives, which really inspires me to go back!

Overall I love the feel, although improvements can be made, it is a fun experience for everyone, and a modern one too.

Booked a Party for my son's High School Graduation with 11 people. The staff was absolutely amazing. We had a private party and they ensured we had the place to ourselves. The rides were fun for all our guest kids and adults. The Staff was great with kids and knowledgeable with all the games they offered, even the new guy who hadn't been working there long knew his stuff!
