Kilwins Ice Cream - Chocolate - Fudge — Restaurant in Orange Beach

The lady at the fudge/apple register is absolutely the rudest person I've met in the food industry! After waiting in line for 15 minutes and she goes next and I say hey I have a pickup order and then get cut off and get told that I needed to go outside and get in line like everybody else is absolutely mind-boggling I've only set in the line in here for 10 to 15 minutes nobody else is standing here and you look at me and say I can help who's next if you're having that bad of a day or you're just that rude of a person in general you probably should find another job not dealing with the general public 10/10 won't be back as long as I see that horrible definition of a person standing at the counter!! I feel sorry for all the other employees who have to work besides...

My husband and I were walking around and saw the sign for fudge and just had to walk in, despite knowing it would have to sit in our car for several hours. We got inside and was already knew of two slices that we would have to purchase, but was debating a third when we were approached and offered a sample (seriously, perfect timing). We asked for the one we were debating on and the lady cut it, but also cut a different one that she thought we would like even better. She was right. Easy decision made! As I said previously, they did have to sit in our car unfortunately. Thankfully, it survived and we were able to have fudge with our wine back...

I just stopped by Kilwins, and I love the store. It is very nice inside, and has a clean, welcoming atmosphere. Very family friendly, and pulls your attention right to the product: the delicious treats! As soon as I walked in, I was kindly greeted, and asked if I would like to try the fudge. I also got a scoop of icecream and everything tasted DELICIOUS! Nice and creamy, soft, and a perfect ratio of sweet to savory. The waffle cones were crisp, but still soft for a good bite. The only thing I am sad to say, is that I hadn't come by earlier. Everybody loves good icecream, and i would love to see all the sticky smiles that leave this...
