Fleet Feet Columbus — Attraction in Orange Township

I have been a loyal customer of Fleet Feet for nearly 10 years. I cannot think of any other business or company that has always exceeded my expectations as a customer! Seriously - every time, without exception!!! Every member of the Fleet Feet staff is exceptional. Every time I've had a question or problem, the go WAY overboard to make sure to help however possible and do whatever they can to make sure I am 100% satisfied. Shoes don't feel right, no problem, bring 'em back - no questions asked. Have a question or need some advice, they are always there ready, willing and EAGER to help. Problems with a product (fit or function) just let them know and they do whatever it takes to fix it! Always, every time, without exception. Seriously, every single time. This is a RARE quality in ANY business and they always seem to exceed expectations.

I think I first visited Fleet Feet when my oldest son started running Cross Country in high school (nearly 10 years ago). I very quickly figured out that this Fleet Feet store in Powell Ohio was much more than a shoe store. I have since had 3 of my 4 kids go through cross country and the experience of getting their stride evaluated at Fleet Feet. My 4th will be in high school next year and, I am sure, continue the tradition. Inspired by their running, I started running almost 4 years ago and have since completed 6 marathons and countless other races. I could not have done it without the coaching, guidance and support of MIT and the incredible staff of Fleet Feet.

I used to run a lot but in the years since I graduated college have not been as active. My feet are much more finicky than they used to be, so when I bought a pair of shoes from Target that were cute and tried to run in them, I really messed up my feet. Enter Fleet Feet. I had heard good things and was looking for an expert to help me find shoes that really fit me. When I arrived, I was assigned to a shoe specialist who asked what kind of activity I was looking to do in my shoes. They then had me walk/run on a treadmill both with and without shoes while they recorded my feet. They reviewed the video with me to show my stride and how my feet were rolling, explaining how that all related to the type of shoe I would need. They then brought out several different options and let me try them on the treadmill and even outside in the parking lot. The shoe I selected was definitely more than I usually pay for tennis shoes, but the experience and the overall fit of the shoe I got is definitely worth the price.
