The Skybox Sports Bar — Restaurant in Orange Township

Tried this place in recent months. There was a pool table that was near the tv. No sign nor other indication that anyone had "reserved" the table. As soon as I and my game partner walked over to the table, an old guy, probably a regular, immediately told us in an aggressive, seemingly threatening tone that the table was for "league". The guy was accompanied by a younger guy who looked like he was panicking that the table might have been taken by someone else other than prestigious "leaguer" regulars thereby breaking the routine and comfort of being able to dictate how the place is ran. Tolerated this place many times because you can always get a table - even though their sticks are horrible. Went in tonight as a group of 4. In 2 hours we spent $70+ on alcohol and we were prepared to spend twice that. There may have been 6-8 other people there - all regulars, I'm guessing. For all the liquor in the place, the bartender's attitude was the most potent spirit in the place. Won't be going back. If this was a one-off experience, I wouldn't take the time to write this. Went there twice now after 12am and both times the doors have been locked. So must have been closed at 12am, even though they are considered a sports "bar". Went there many times before When bar "manager" was there and it has been open till 2:00am at least. Super under impressed with the blonde bartender who decides to close it up early. If you advertise yourself as a bar, then you should be open till "bar close". If you’re not a bar, should probably change your...
