So... We literally go here about every week, despite the prices hiking up monthly. When we place orders we deliberately come before the quoted time because the food is ALWAYS ready before that time. In fact, it is usually ready about a good 20-30 minutes before (no complaint here). One time we did wait and the food was cold and soggy. There is a particular woman who works there that has berated and yelled at my husband about showing up earlier even though he was nothing but pleasant and polite. She then told him to "coordinate better with your wife." Are you kidding me? Not only was it entirely inappropriate, but instead of lecturing customers about communication with their spouses, perhaps you should be more concerned about "coordinating with your cook" on prepared cook times. We were legit shocked, who do you think you are? Be careful, we kept going there because there is obviously a massive decline in business at Panda House and we were being loyal customers and hoped you could stay afloat. Restaurants are dropping like flies right now so instead of berating customers, take a pill and chill out. Take your anger issues out on someone else. My husband is way too freaking nice. I wouldn't have been so nice if you had the balls to say that to me. Run your business better and go to therapy for your anger issues. My husband standing there in an EMPTY RESTAURANT to wait for his order is NOT A BIG DEAL. CHILL OUT. Who was he disturbing... no one? Suffice to say, they lost about $80-$100 a WEEK. Don't believe us? Check your receipts.
By the way, we called to speak with the manger or owner. The woman who answered wouldn't let us claiming they were too busy... Please, your restaurant was deserted. So, was that you Ms. Sassy on the phone? I'll just call back again anyways. Be a better worker and just a better human being in general. Next time, leave the polite and quiet man alone and shut your mouth.
By the way, you gave us the wrong spring rolls. Bad Panda...

The food? Absolutely outstanding. Every single dish I’ve tried has been nothing short of perfection, bursting with flavor, fresh ingredients, and beautifully prepared. What I love most is that no matter what you order, you know it’s going to be delicious. I’ve never had anything from their menu that I didn’t completely love.
It’s rare to find a place where everything hits the mark… Flavor, consistency, service, and atmosphere, but this restaurant does it effortlessly. Whether you’re looking for a comforting meal, a night out with friends, or a spot to celebrate something special, this is the place I recommend every single time.
If you’re considering dining here, don’t hesitate!! You’ll leave happy, full, and already planning your next visit. We literally come here weekly &...
Read moreLet me explain this. I walk into the restaurant with my family. This nice lady greets us and brings us to our table. the menu has SO many options, it's like 5 thick pages long. My eyes land on a picture. Chicken wings for $9. it's an appetizer, but that's all I want to get. Many restaurants have failed me before with their chicken, so i sat there and prayed it would be good. Eventually, all the food comes. My chicken wings come with a tiny sauce dish, and they look alright. I take a bite of them. they're hot, but I don't care. I think to myself; "These are the best chicken wings I've ever had!" then I try it with the sauce. I take the spoon with my grimy hands, drizzle sauce onto it and take a bite. CHOMP. these are the best chicken wings I've EVER had. in my life. No chicken wings can top the chicken wings I've had today. They're perfect. My hands get sticky from the sauce, but I don't care. It's heavenly. I definitely suggest the chicken wings if you wanna...
