We had my three year old's birthday party here. I booked the location sight unseen so I was a little nervous but once I got there, everything exceeded my expectations.
They do private events so we weren't having to share the space with others which is a HUGE plus. The kids ranged from age 6 months to a little under four years old and there was honestly something to do for everyone. I was really impressed with the variety of activities for them. The pretend play with food and train table were popular but of course all the other toys got played with as well. The star of the show however was the zip line. The kids had a blast! I was really nervous about it but the way it is set up makes it super easy for the kids to sit and hold on. The landing area is very well padded so dropping off the zip line was just as fun. Of course all the swings were a hit as well as the trampoline. And it was so nice that there was a 'calming' area for when some of the kiddos got overwhelmed.
I was really impressed with how clean and well taken care of everything was. Very minimal wear and tear, if any. It is clear that the people who own this place take pride in the facility and really work to make sure it is a safe space for those who use it. While we didn't have a need to use it, I was impressed that they had an adult sized changing table in the restroom to accommodate those who may need it. They really took the time to think about who would be using the all the spaces and how they would need to use it and set up accordingly.
The party room was the perfect size, already set up with the tables and chairs as well as the table cloths. We were able to come in a bit before the party and I just threw up some decorations and set out the food and we were ready to go! Least stressful party I have ever thrown. Ashley (staff member present) was so kind, personable, and helpful! She had a great personality and it is clear that she loves where she works which made the day all the more enjoyable.
This place is literally 10 out of 10. If you are thinking about booking but haven't visited yet, just do it. You will not be...
Read moreDo not take your kids here! We did not feel our child was safe! This place has clearly gone downhill. When we walked in the place was filthy and smelled terrible. Two employee's kids were randomly sleeping out in the playroom. One was asleep on one of the swings and another was sleeping on a couch when you walk in. Both unsupervised. There was also no supervision for any of the children as the two employees just sat at the front desk. We had to tell several children to play safe when around our children. It felt like this place may have been acting as a daycare or something, because there really wasn't any supervision from parents or employees. At least, you couldn't tell the difference because no one was really doing anything. Everything was a disaster. Toys were scattered everywhere and broken. Nothing was organized. No one was cleaning up, supervising children or helping this place run efficiently. From what I've seen from previous reviews and photos, this place is currently under poor management. Take your children elsewhere. Don't waste your money...
Read moreMy 2 year old loves this place. She can easily stay and play for hours. We have been coming here for a year now. Apparently it’s under new ownership now but we didn’t have any problems before. Make sure you call ahead because sometimes they have parties and close the doors for everyone else. I love that they have a room with tables so your Littles can pause and have a snack/lunch then continue their play. There’s a big trampoline, a play kitchen area with dress up. Lots and lots of Melissa and Doug toys which are my absolute favorite. There’s a chalk board, a little kids table where they can sit and color, zip line which I don’t think my daughter can use til maybe she’s 3 without any adult help. And they have a variety of swings in the middle back of the building that can be used for a variety of ages. Just be careful as some kids will swing and not pay attention and knock your kid down 🤣
Make sure to bring socks for your little ones and for yourself or they are available for...
