Great company so I thought I would share my experience. I went in with a broken back glass on iPhone 13. I wanted OEM glass, but it was more expensive and out of my price range. They were able to match the price of the phone repair at Meijer.
After the repair, the tech called me and told me the back of the phone discolored after installation. They said they would order the OEM glass for me free of charge and replace it. Plus they gave me a free front glass protector for the trouble.
A few days later they called and said the OEM glass was in and to bring in my phone for repair. After closely examining the back of the phone, the discoloration was gone. I came back in, showed them the phone, and told them they didn't have to replace the back glass and I was satisfied now that the discoloration went away.
This is a great phone repair/glass repair facility that backs their product and service and is more interested in 100% customer satisfaction that they would eat the cost of new glass, plus the cost of the front screen protector.
I can't say enough good things about them. If this place is local or semi-local to you, it's worth a visit. They will bend over backwards for your satisfaction....
Read moreI took my laptop there to see the right side of my keyboard because I dropped juice and the keys were sticky, they told me they could open and clean it, or replace the whole thing if it didn't work, and also gave me a great tip to clean the keyboard with alcohol which worked. They took my computer inside while I was there, and when I got home, one key on the left side was off, which was very weird because it was perfect when I went there the first time, so I took it back there to see if they could put it back on and they told me the key was broken and I really would need to replace the whole thing just because of one key. I paid $15 for a replacement key on Amazon and it clicked in less than a second and it stayed on place. I am pretty sure they broke it on purpose just for me to come back and pay to replace everything, the new key was super cheap compared to the price they wanted to charge me, of course, but I wouldn't even need to spend this money if I haven't gone there in the first place!!! I wouldn't trust them again, since they weren't honest about this, and to be honest I think if I had said I wanted to replace everything, they would probably just replace that key and...
Read moreI owe this review from last November, I think it was. Far too long since I promised to share our super positive experience :O :O Without going into minute detail about a ghost-touching LG and a swimming iPhone, all I need say is that when my phone and my wife's phone decided to fritz out within a week of each other, the team at Cracked worked the absolute best magic they could. Her iPhone was fixed as best it could be and still functions now, almost a year later - my LG returned to ghost-touching a short while later and ended up being unsolvable. But when it did act up a 2nd time, not because of the Cracked team, they refunded the entire cost of repair AND Alex made a personalized, highly specific recommendation for what I should get to replace with similar functionality and where to find it. Just that advice probably saved me hundreds of $$$ from buying on a new payment plan - now I have a paid off Samsung A52 with memory card slot and headphone jack, and a prepaid plan for $56/month with tons of data. Thank you...
