I wish I could give this Chipotle zero stars—or better yet, report it directly to the health department. My fiancé and I made the grave mistake of eating here recently, and within hours, they were violently ill with what was unmistakably food poisoning. (It was the chicken!) But honestly, after seeing the state of this "restaurant," I’m shocked this doesn’t happen to every single customer.
Let’s start with the filth. Walking in, the first thing I noticed was stacks of empty food containers piled haphazardly around the kitchen, like some kind of post-apocalyptic hoarder situation. The counters looked like they hadn’t been wiped down in days - with food spilled from the assembly line splayed everywhere. How this establishment passes any kind of health inspection is beyond me—unless the inspector was blindfolded.
And don’t even get me started on the chronically out-of-stock fajita veggies. At this point, it’s not an occasional shortage—it’s a core part of the business model. Every. Single. Time. I’ve been here, they’re "out." Meanwhile, the employees look exhausted and understaffed, probably because corporate would rather cut labor costs than ensure the place doesn’t resemble a biohazard zone.
But the real kicker? Giving my fiancé food poisoning—something that should be a wake-up call for immediate closure. Instead, this location just keeps churning out slop in unsanitary conditions, putting customers at risk while charging premium prices.

Read moreThis review is in regards to the NIGHT MANAGER on January 8th only, and does, at all, reflect on Chipotle, as normally they do an amazing job; the food and the service has always been perfect. I normally come in for my lunch, so much earlier, and I am a regular, as in once a week. I basically love this Chipotle location and couldn’t ask for better service! However, this was my experience on 1/8 (tonight):
Since I was coming in later at night, I called ahead of time just to make sure they would be open until 10pm, as it states on Google, on the website and on the app. They told me they’d definitely be open until 10pm. So, I got there at 9:30 exactly, but was unable to place my order on the app (the app stated it was “no longer accepting online orders”), so I went inside to inquire about the app. Note: there were 2 other customers walking in right behind me who were also trying to place orders. The manager stated to all of us, “We can’t take orders after 9:40pm,” so I pointed out, “But it’s only 9:30,”. The manager looked annoyed and said, “Well, we’re closed now.” So I said, “Well everywhere online it says that you’re open until 10pm, but I also called and was ensured you’d be open until 10pm.” The manager reacted with a flippant, “Sorry!” to which she was quite obviously not sorry. Notice of early closure would be nice and considerate, especially when people call to ask. Read moreI’m not sure who this employee is but he needs to be fired IMMEDIATELY. he single handedly made my experience the WORST restaurant/fast food experience I’ve ever had. For someone that is paying $20 for their food I should not be greeted by “what you want?!” And immediately served a half scoop of white rice in my bowl without even being asked because that’s all there is left. I came in at 9pm with 2 hours left till closing there should be no reason why there is NO RICE (brown or white). He made my bowl as if it was a thanksgiving plate.. separating everything rather than layering it on top and when I asked for a SMALL scoop of hot he put the whole entire scoop. He gave me the smallest pinch of cheese and when I asked for more he rolled his eyes and gave me another SMALL pinch and closed my bowl up without even asking did I want anything else. I understand being frustrated and overwhelmed with your coworkers or whatever the case may be, but taking it out on PAYING customers is not the way to go. Ruined my mood for the night and wasted my hard earned money.. please hire better...
