Taco Bell — Restaurant in Orion Charter Township

This taco bell is the most unprofessional I've ever been too. Yesterday 12/1/24 i came here for my son whoms autistic and this is his fav place to eat. So i ordered specifically 3dorito tacos regular(my exact words) not supreme. I said it very clear and slow. So I did not think I had to check the bag. I don't live over here. I live 30 minutes away from this location. But we were in this area when I ordered so when we got home. Theataco's were made supreme. Now my child with special needs goes into a horrible meltdown because he's hungry and his food was made wrong and now he wont eat it. So I immediately call up to the Taco Bell spoke with a manager. The manager said to come back tomorrow, which is a long drive and though replace my order. So I'm here the next day. They turned their phones off so nobody could call them because they are so busy. And the line is d* near out to the main road. So I pull up to get out and knock on the door their door is locked and says drive through only. However, there is an employee sitting right at the window. So I tapped and he looked at me, I said I need to speak with a manager. he then does a circle motion with his finger. As in go in the drive through. So now I'm supposed to be dealing with this situation through the drive through which is going to hold up the whole line, because I have to explain what happened through a speaker instead of professionally speaking with someone. I normally have a good experience here, but today I they messed up my order and all I got from them was attitude. They misheard me, then the woman with glasses on the PA accused me of asking for a regular soft taco supreme when that was not what I had said at all. She proceeded to list my order to me, which I was well ware of. All I said was that I had ordered a soft taco supreme subbed with potatoes, which had been missing sour cream/potatoes. At no point did I ever try to say that I was missing a regular taco. The guy on the PA told me to 'just pull forward.' the woman handed me my taco, I tried to hand the old one back and all she said was 'we don't take those back.' and slammed the window on me. The taco was still not supreme, but I couldn't be bothered to go back. I already had gotten a free extra taco. I will not be back to this location for a long, long time. Says they close at 10, line of cars behind me they told they were closed at 9. Couldn’t make my order how I get it every time from other locations. Just wanted some food on my way home from work and the customer service was embarrassing. Lady at the window said I made the cook mad because I wanted a different sauce inside my quesadilla and then proceeded to beg me to fill out her survey… I understand everyone is short staffed, including my restaurant, but cmon at least be decent to your customers even if it was a long day.
